Shipping policy

SHIPPING OPTIONS:  Domestic: we offer standard shipping

custom flat rate: $5 (for all items)

FULFILLMENT: All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it’s picked up from our fulfillment center.

after your payment is authorized and verified , standard orders can take up to 7 business days. This is just an estimate and doesn’t include weekends or holidays. 

once your order Is placed you’ll get a confirmation email. 

once order is fulfilled you’ll receive tracking info to track your package all the way to your doorstep.

DELIVERY TIME: in-transit time starts when your order has been shipped, and does not include standard processing time applicable to the standard shipping method selected at checkout. Business days do not include Saturdays, sundays, or US Holidays

MISSING OR LOST PACKAGE: if your package is missing, or doesn’t arrive, then contact us via email at TraSeven@yahoo.com and a staff member will respond in 1-3 days
